FAB Construction Lead (CSA)- 10-15 Year



Suitable candidates are likely to have a minimum of 10 to 15 years working experience consist of 10 years' experience in construction with minimum 5 years in managerial role as a Construction Manager.

Demonstrable experience in the management of multi-disciplined semiconductor projects and/or other relevant industries is strongly preferred.

Practiced in project control mechanisms and with commercial and technical risk assessments

Strong communication skills, as well as the ability to visualize issues and communicate them to others.

Outstanding organization, coordination, and leadership skills - ability to coordinate and motivate groups of Consultants / Contractors.

Ability to work collaboratively and pro-actively in a team environment.

Effective delegation skills.

Strong ability in English speaking and writing, be able to communicate with English speaking engineers both verbally and by writing.
