Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage residential construction projects from inception to completion



Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans



Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders



Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards



Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies



Lead client communications and provide regular project status updates



Oversee procurement of materials and services for residential projects



Manage and mentor project team members



Conduct site inspections and address any issues promptly



Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and JLL standards



Analyze project performance and implement continuous improvement strategies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field



20+ years of experience in residential construction project management



Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and industry standards



Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite



Excellent leadership and team management skills



Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities



Effective communication and client relationship management skills



Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations



PMP certification or similar preferred



Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously



Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
