What this job involves:

Leading projects to success

This role asks the question \xe2\x80\x9cHow can I improve the processes?\xe2\x80\x9d Specifically, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for the overall project development\xe2\x80\x94guiding the teams in every project phase to achieve outcomes that meet the clients\xe2\x80\x99 expectations.

For each project, you\xe2\x80\x99ll establish an effective organisational structure for reporting, communication and working procedures, and ensure that clear objectives and quality control systems are in place. You\xe2\x80\x99ll oversee a project team that is highly motivated, eager to contribute, and in sync with the stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 mind-sets. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also attend project meetings, submit monthly reports, and monitor project budgets.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll also develop a know-how in the use of our in-house technology, which include Project Home Page (PHP), Prolog and Atlas.

Making clients our first priority

The best person for this job is one who always considers what\xe2\x80\x99s best for our clients. As such, you\xe2\x80\x99ll maintain a strong and positive relationship with our clients by identifying their needs, requirements and constraints. While you act in the clients\xe2\x80\x99 best interests throughout the project duration, you must make sure that the project\xe2\x80\x99s revenue and payment cycles are properly managed.

Keeping an eye on business opportunities is also among the highlights of the job. Do you have a knack for building rapport with prospects? Are you skilled in developing relationships with other company business lines? If you said yes, we\xe2\x80\x99re more than happy to discuss this role with you.

It\xe2\x80\x99s the best way to protect both our and the clients\xe2\x80\x99 commercial interests. Your expertise will also be central in identifying project risks and mitigating them. Furthermore, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for developing project-related reports, analyses and reviews regularly.

Project Smart

Do you have a degree in any property-related discipline, with 10 to 12 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in design, construction or project management? Are you proficient in Microsoft Office and Prolog? Do you have a deep understanding of the legal environment for each project in respect to planning, commercial aspects, and delivery? If all your answers are \xe2\x80\x98yes\xe2\x80\x99, then you\xe2\x80\x99re already one step ahead.

A natural communicator

This role calls for superior communication skills, as we\xe2\x80\x99ll expect you to be able to handle complex conversations with business owners, senior executives, and decision makers. Of course, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be good at building team relationships and interacting effectively with stakeholders in and out of the organisation.
