Key Responsibilities
Investor Relationship Management
Connect and engage with High Net-Worth Individual (HNI) investors to maintain strong, trust-based relationships.
Address investor queries effectively and provide them with accurate information regarding the projects.
Project Leadership & Assessment
Lead assigned projects end-to-end, ensuring timely and quality execution.
Assess project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement corrective measures as required.
Training & Team Development
Provide guidance and training to subordinates, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
Support junior team members in developing their skills and understanding of investor communication best practices.
Reporting & Analysis
Analyze project and investor-related reports to derive actionable insights.
Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior management, highlighting key findings, progress updates, and recommendations.
Key Requirements
Strong command over
spoken and written English
, with the ability to communicate professionally and persuasively.
Minimum
2 years of relevant experience
; candidates with a background in relationship management will be given priority.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to project execution.
