Job Purpose:
To ensure smooth execution of project plans, meet deadlines, and support the company's production goals through effective planning and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare weekly and monthly production plans.
Guide team members to meet project deadlines.
Monitor ongoing projects to ensure they stay within scope, time, and budget.
Work with other departments to define project scope and resource needs.
Track project progress and provide regular updates.
Create planning sheets and raise indents for required materials.
Conduct project meetings and support cross-functional teams.
Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
Follow up on outsourced work and vendor coordination.
Required Experience:
5 to 8 years in Project Engineer position.
Skills Needed:
Understanding of mechanical processes
Ability to read GA drawings
Problem-solving and critical thinking
Team management and communication
Basic knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Proficiency in MS Office
Education:
Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
