Job Description

Job Summary:

As a Sr. Project Engineer specializing in residential construction, you will play a crucial role in the planning, design, and execution of residential building projects. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and project manager to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key skills:

Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD and MS Office. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and review engineering designs for residential buildings, including foundations, drainage systems, and structural components. Conduct site assessments to determine the suitability of proposed construction sites and identify any potential challenges. Collaborate with architects and other engineers to integrate structural elements with architectural plans. Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to engineering plans, building codes, and safety regulations. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of tasks. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to stay on schedule and within budget. Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations. Review and approve construction plans, drawings, and specifications. Address and resolve any engineering issues or discrepancies that arise during the construction process. Prepare and maintain detailed engineering documentation, including design calculations, inspection reports, and progress reports. Provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders on project status and any issues that may arise. Work closely with other engineering professionals, architects, and project manager to ensure a cohesive approach to project execution. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or questions they may have.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a Diploma in the same field Experience: 7-10+ years' experience in residential and luxury building construction Working Hours: Monday to Saturday: 09.00 a.m. to 06.30 p.m Lunch Break: 1 hour

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
