Role Overview
TULS Corp Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a
Senior Project Engineer
to strengthen its Renewable Energy & Power Consulting practice. The role involves supporting and leading the delivery of solar, wind, BESS, hybrid, and power infrastructure consulting assignments across India and international markets.
The position is suited for professionals with
strong engineering fundamentals, consulting exposure, and excellent presentation skills
, capable of interfacing with clients, EPC contractors, OEMs, lenders, and regulatory bodies.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Construction Management Support
Provide engineering and project management support during
construction, commissioning, and close-out
phases of renewable energy and power projects.
Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance with respect to
cost, quality, schedule, safety, and environmental compliance
.
Review contractor submissions including
method statements, construction schedules, QA/QC plans, and as-built documentation
.
Support site coordination, progress tracking, and issue resolution during execution.
Technical Review & Engineering Coordination
Coordinate with
civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering teams
to review contractor design packages.
Review
civil, electrical, and balance-of-plant (BoP) drawings
, specifications, and calculations.
Review
Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)
and
Site Acceptance Test (SAT)
documentation for solar PV, wind turbines, BESS, substations, and associated equipment.
Witness and monitor
performance testing, reliability runs, and commissioning activities
.
Assist procurement and bid advisory teams in preparing
technical specifications, employer's requirements, and evaluation criteria
.
Review OEM proposals and support
technical due diligence
for solar, wind, BESS, hybrid, and conventional power projects.
Monitor equipment transportation, delivery, erection, commissioning, and post-commissioning inspections.
Reporting & Presentation (Mandatory)
Prepare
high-quality technical presentations, client decks, and executive summaries
for clients, developers, utilities, lenders, and multilateral agencies.
Present findings, technical recommendations, and project status updates in
client meetings, review workshops, and tender discussions
.
Prepare professional
technical notes, observation reports, and compliance matrices
.
Qualifications & Experience
Mandatory
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical / Power / Renewable Energy or equivalent).
Minimum 4 years of experience
as a Project Engineer / Consultant in:
Renewable energy projects
, DPRs, feasibility studies, or lender/owner's engineering roles.
Familiarity with
Indian and international standards
, utility requirements, and project documentation.
Experience working with
developers, EPC contractors, OEMs, or financial institutions
.
