Job Title: Bilingual AWS Support Engineer

Role Summary: We are looking for a Japanese Bilingual Support Engineer (Support Window- 24*7) who will be able to deliver below scope,
Collaboration: Serve as a key point of contact for Japanese-speaking clients, providing technical support, guidance, and consultation on AWS best practices.
Security & Compliance: Ensure that cloud solutions adhere to security best practices, policies, and industry standards.
Documentation & Reporting: Produce and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation and status reports in both Japanese and English along with AWS reporting dashboard .
Responsibility:

• Desirable qualities: Japanese Bilingual, AWS
• Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, VPC, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation, IAM, etc.).
• Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferably with Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Linux/Unix and/or Windows server administration experience.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes (preferably AWS EKS).
• Monitoring and logging tools like CloudWatch, Nagios ELK Stack, Datadog, etc.
• Understanding of networking principles (VPC, subnets, firewalls, etc.) and security best practices (IAM, KMS, security groups, etc.).

Prerequisites:

• Native or Fluent proficiency in Japanese (both spoken and written-N3 Band ) .
• Business-level proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
• Qualification - Bachelors in computer science or information technology.
• Ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1-2 and 3-5 years experience

Base Location: - Noida, Will work for Japan remotely.
