Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will play a key role in driving project success and contributing to the growth and development of our engineering team.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage engineering projects, including planning, execution, and delivery. Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies. Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical guidance and support.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (relevant discipline). 8+ years of experience in engineering project management or a related field. Strong technical knowledge and experience in project management, including planning, execution, and delivery. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.

Technical Skills:

Project management software: MS Project, Primavera, etc. Engineering design software: AutoCAD, Revit, etc. (dependent on discipline) Industry-specific knowledge and experience.

Certifications:

Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience.
