1 Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams
2 Responsible for the successful delivery of projects along with quality standards.
3 Project Monitoring and control with the teams, while reporting/ managing any deviations (Time, Dates, Resources and quality of delivery).
4 Review and approve scope, budget, and schedule for assignments and ensure quality deliverables on time and within targeted cost.
5 Reviews the Proposal Handover Documentation, Participates and Ensures proposal handover is completed and takes ownership of the contract execution (Project).
6 Organise project setup activities and organise project team, communicate the project objectives, scope, milestones, contract terms and conditions, provide direction, leadership, control, monitor of project activities till completion and handover.
7 Implement and maintain coordinated internal reporting procedure and conduct routine weekly meetings with all supervised staff to monitor the company's performance, reporting to the management.
8 Identify critical path execution issues and prepare a look ahead schedule through Project control.
9 Project closure and handover to customer and updating the financial forecasting report.
10 Management skills to control the flow of a job like assigning tasks, scheduling deliveries, and coordinating with clients.
11 Manage the weekly reporting process, chasing engineering team as required to ensure the timely submission of reports to management team and escalating late delivery
12 Identify, assess, and manage project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, escalating as appropriate via the agreed governance framework.
13 Good Experience in MS Project and SharePoint (Office 365).
14 Techno commercial bids - power plants like boiler / turbine / auxiliary equipment's
15 Vendor co-ordination and finalization.
16 Improve the effectiveness of work plans in collaboration with other functions.
17 Feasibility study to evaluate the technical and financial viability of the proposed power plant projects
18 Quick adaptabilities to changing technologies to meet new requirements successfully with a systematic and organized approach.
