Role Summary:

As a project engineer, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating product design, integration, and engineering activities across multiple programs. This position requires a technically strong, proactive individual who can seamlessly bridge cross-functional teams to ensure the timely, high-quality delivery of engineering programs.

Key Responsibilities:

?Collaborate with the engineers to manage overall engineering execution across vehicle programs.

?Drive product design, development, and integration activities with cross-functional teams.

?Coordinate between design, testing, manufacturing, and supplier teams to resolve engineering issues.

?Ensure adherence to technical specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

?Prepare and present engineering updates, risk assessments, and progress reports to leadership.

?Support new technology introductions and continuous improvement initiatives in EV programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

?Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical, or related Engineering field.

?5-10 years of experience in product design, integration, or engineering coordination.

?OEM experience in the automotive industry is mandatory.

?Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.

?Experience in the EV industry or high-voltage vehicle systems will be an added advantage.

?Proficiency in CAD/CAE tools and understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM) processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
