Project Planning & Execution

Assist in planning, scheduling, and execution of engineering and manufacturing projects. Prepare project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Monitor project progress and report status to management. Ensure projects are completed within scope, time, and budget.
Design & Engineering Coordination

Coordinate with design teams for drawings, specifications, and revisions. Review engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical documents. Support design for manufacturability and cost optimization.
Manufacturing & Production Support

Coordinate with production teams for smooth execution of project plans. Resolve technical issues during manufacturing and assembly. Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
Quality & Compliance

Ensure compliance with company quality standards, customer requirements, and applicable codes. Support inspections, testing, and validation activities. Assist in documentation for audits and certifications.
Vendor & Supplier Coordination

Liaise with vendors and suppliers for procurement of materials and components. Track vendor deliverables and ensure timely supply. Support vendor evaluations and technical clarifications.
Documentation & Reporting

Maintain project documentation including drawings, specifications, reports, and change records. Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and closure documents. Support handover of completed projects to clients or internal teams.
Key Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of engineering design and manufacturing processes. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Project coordination and time management skills. Problem-solving and analytical abilities. Effective communication and teamwork. Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools. Knowledge of CAD tools is an advantage.
Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Electrical Engineering or related field.
Experience

2-5 years of experience in project engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environment. Experience in design-to-manufacturing projects preferred.
