Experience -

3-5 years

experience in

Ground Mounted Solar Projects

:

Manage end-to-end execution of

ground-mounted solar PV projects

Coordinate with

design, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams

Supervise

site activities

, civil, structure, module mounting & electrical works Ensure compliance with

engineering drawings, quality, and safety standards

Liaison with

DISCOM, local authorities, and statutory bodies

Monitor

project timelines, material planning, and subcontractors

Prepare and maintain

daily/weekly progress reports

Support

testing, commissioning, and handover

of projects Resolve site-level technical and coordination issues

Key Skills & Requirements:

Experience in

Ground Mount Solar PV Projects

Knowledge of

solar structures, MMS, DC & AC systems

Understanding of

project scheduling and site execution

Familiar with

safety norms and quality standards

Ability to coordinate with

vendors and government departments

Proficient in

MS Excel, AutoCAD (basic)

Willingness to travel and work at project sites

Qualification & Experience:

Diploma / B.E / B.Tech - Electrical / Mechanical / Civil

3-5 years

experience in

Ground Mounted Solar Projects

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
