Provide a suitable resource to the project to ensure viability.
Ensure the project is of high quality from start to finish.
Use project management software to keep track of the project.
Set KPIs and goals for the project with the project team.
Liaise with the project team to understand any issues or delays in the project.
Provide technical advice and support to other team members working on the project.
Provide project reports to executives.
