The Senior Project Engineer will lead and manage on-site execution for residential and commercial interior projects. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, ownership, and the ability to deliver high-quality work within timelines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Execution & Management
Lead and supervise interior project execution end-to-end.
Manage 1-3 project sites simultaneously.
Ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
Sequence work and coordinate with multiple vendors (civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.).
Quality Control
Perform regular quality checks and ensure work meets ArchPro standards.
Identify issues early and implement corrective actions.
Approve completed stages and verify contractor work.
Coordination & Communication
Act as the primary site contact
