B.Tech,/B.E/Bsc.(Civil) or B.Arch

+ Reviewing and finalization of civil drawings in respect to the BOQ's and getting the same finalized through architects for buildings and infrastructures.
+ Reviewing and finalization of tender documents - scope of works, General conditions of contracts and special condition of contracts, approved makes, details specification for civil works.
+ Reviewing and finalization of services BOQ's and drawing and getting the same finalized through consultants.
+ Coordination with clients and govt. authorities for project design documents approvals and getting the sanction and approvals.
+ Projects scheduling and monitoring preferably on MS Projects or Primavera.
+ Coordination of bills and payment collection for ongoing projects.
+ Coordination, approvals and finalization of project DPR's
+ Contract Administration.
+ Domestic/International Travel
+ Ex-Military Engineer Services, CPWD, Govt Authorities, DDA etc.
+ Hands on knowledge of computer software's for monitoring works.
