Job Description

WE'RE HIRING Senior Project Architect

- Design & Build (Facade)

Location: Jogeshwari

KEY HIGHLIGHTS

Lead and manage end-to-end design projects ensuring quality exceeds client expectations.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, capture requirements, and manage approvals.

Propose innovative design concepts integrating latest technologies, materials & processes.

Oversee architectural & construction drawings, BOQs, tender documents, and specifications.

Ensure compliance with domestic/international standards and contractual terms.

Conduct site visits, reviews, and audits to ensure project execution matches design intent.

Manage and mentor the design team, plan manpower, review performance, and foster growth.

REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor's in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or Architecture (Master's preferred).

Experience: 5-10 years with 8-10 projects handled end-to-end; minimum 7 years of client handling.

Skills: AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, Photoshop, strong communication & presentation skills, project management knowledge.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
