Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical
Project Consultant - Six Sigma
with an engineering background and deep expertise in
Lean Six Sigma, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies.
This role is responsible for analysing operations, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and enabling sustainable efficiency across engineering and business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess business and technical processes to identify inefficiencies, process gaps, and
areas for cost reduction.
Lead implementation of Lean Six Sigma projects using DMAIC methodology to
improve quality and performance.
Champion 5S workplace organization initiatives to enhance safety, productivity, and visual management.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA), value stream mapping, and waste elimination exercises.
Train and mentor teams on Lean tools, Six Sigma practices, and continuous improvement culture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of engineering processes with business goals.
Track KPIs and generate performance reports to measure impact and ROI of improvement initiatives.
Understanding clients' requirements and GEMBA.
Enhancing production streamlining with quality standards.
Implementing systems and process and TIMWOOD and improvements tracking.
Process Reengineering (Existing process to Improved process)
Recording project improvements and demonstrate on monthly basis
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or related field).
Flexible to travel across India - Kolkata and Mumbai
Green belt
with 2 years Experience
Black belt
good to have
Effective Implementing of
Lean Six Sigma, 5S work culture
etc. as per requirement Enhancing production streamlining with quality standards.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or engineering consulting
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; familiarity with tools
Willing to Travel all over India - Mostly in Tamil N?du

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
