Qualifications Degree in Engineering or Technology or Medicine from a recognized University or equivalent; and
(ii) Four years of experience in development and management of web applications using WISA stack web-based technologies as a part of full-stack developer with rich UI development experience in any
Industrial and Academic Institutions or S&T
Organizations and Scientific activities and services or at any place of repute in IT.
OR
ME/ M. Tech in Engineering or Technology from a recognized University or equivalent with two year experience in development and management of web applications using WISA stack web-based technologies as a part of full-stack developer with rich UI development experience in any Industrial and
Academic Institutions or S&T Organizations and
Scientific activities and services or at any place of repute in IT.
OR
(i) Doctoral Degree in Science/ Engineering/
Technology/Pharma / Computer Science/ IT/
Information System/ English/ MD/ MS from a recognized University or equivalent; Desirable experience, if Degree/Diploma from a recognised university/ any Institution in Computer Science/ IT. Candidate with following skills will be preferred:

• Experience in System Analysis and preparation of software requirements specification (SRS) document
• Proficiency in website management tools, Content

Management and Testing of Web Applications

• Knowledge of Cyber Security, demonstrated through certification/diploma/degree.
• Strong cybersecurity and awareness skills.

Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management methodologies and broad understanding of cyber security vulnerabilities

• Ability to train the employees about the awareness of cyber security and procedure
• Proficiency & working experience in Graphic

Designing Software like Coral, Photoshop, InDesign etc. demonstrated through certification or testimonials

• Strong verbal and written communication skillsAge Limit 40

Job requirement The activities that the selected candidate would undertake will primarily include:

• Analysing business processes and preparing software requirements specification (SRS) document
• Web application development and server management
• Content Management of Web Portals and Testing of

Web Applications

• Preparing Content related to Cyber security awareness and conduct training program to train the employees about the awareness of cyber security and procedure
• Preparing of Data Backup Plans and their implementation.
• Managing Domain Renewals, Security Audit, SSL implementation, Cloud Deployment and any other activities involved with Website Management.Consolidated emoluments (i) 42,000/- + HRA per month

The engagement will be initially for a period of six months which may be extended or curtailed depending on the duration of the tenure of sponsored project / satisfactory performance or conduct of the appointee, as the case may be. The engagement will be purely on temporary basis and shall not be CSIR/NCL appointment, temporary or otherwise and shall not entitle the appointee to any right/claim whatsoever, implicit or explicit, for his/her consideration against any CSIR-NCL post/fellowship.
