We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented

Senior Architect

to lead design development and execution across all projects. This role requires strong conceptual thinking, technical expertise, client-facing ability, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Translate client briefs into

Vaastu-compliant, context-driven designs

Develop feasibility studies, design proposals, and site strategies Present concepts to clients and incorporate feedback at key stages Coordinate with design, drafting, MEP, and project teams Plan timelines, track progress, and manage schematic & detailed approvals Prepare construction drawings, specifications, and execution documents Ensure compliance with planning, environmental, and statutory regulations Lead design review meetings and document decisions Work closely with the

Managing Director

on key design decisions Support BOQs and material specifications with execution teams Conduct site visits; ensure design intent and address QC deviations Maintain clear documentation, archives, and version control Mentor junior architects and interns

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture Minimum

3+ years

of relevant experience Strong design development, detailing, and coordination skills Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities
