Job Summary:
We are looking for a
creative and detail-oriented Architect
with strong expertise in residential and interior design to join our team in
Jalandhar
. The ideal candidate will design functional, aesthetic, and regulation-compliant residential and commercial spaces aligned with modern and client-specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion
Prepare, review, and finalize architectural drawings, working drawings, and detailing
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
Handle site supervision, inspections, and ensure execution as per approved drawings
Manage project timelines, quality standards, and deliverables
Review BOQs, material specifications, and construction methods
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
Resolve design and execution-related issues at the site
Guide and mentor junior architects and draftsmen
Attend client meetings and provide regular project updates
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in architecture (B.Arch)
from a recognized institution.
Minimum
6
-10 yearsof experience in residential/commercial design projects.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion
.
Strong design portfolio showcasing completed residential work.
