Location- Goregaon east , Mumbai

Job Title: Senior Project Architect

Experience Level: 5-7 Years

Ctc- upto 10 lpa (Depends on interview )

Working Days- 6 day (Mon-Sat)(10- 7pm)

Role Overview

The Senior Project Architect will lead the architectural development of projects from conceptual design through construction administration. You will be the technical backbone of the project team, ensuring that design intent is maintained while meeting budget, code, and scheduling requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership:

Lead the production of comprehensive construction documents and coordinate with engineering consultants (MEP, Structural, Civil).

Design Development:

Translate initial concepts into functional, buildable designs, ensuring aesthetic and technical excellence.

Team Mentorship:

Supervise and mentor junior staff (1-3 years' experience), providing guidance on Revit standards, detailing, and professional growth.

Technical Oversight:

Review drawings for quality control, code compliance (ADA, Zoning, Life Safety), and constructability.

Attention to Detail:

A high degree of accuracy in both visual presentations and technical documentation.

Skill Required

Education -

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited program.

Licensure -

Licensed Architect (AIA/NCARB) preferred, or actively pursuing licensure with significant progress on AREs.

Software-

Expert proficiency in

Revit

(BIM) is non-negotiable. Proficiency in Rhino, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Knowledge-

Strong understanding of building systems, materials, and construction techniques.

Experience-

Proven track record of managing projects in [Specific Sector: e.g., Residential, Commercial, or Healthcare].
