Description Leading of the team Structures Durability CAE simulation for BIW, Closures, Battery, powertrain and Battery Wiring harness in Mercedes Benz Research and Development India Pvt Ltd. Further establishment of development capability with partner in the group. Establishment of complete Strength, stiffness and Durability solution for improved performance of the components for passenger cars enabling fulfillment of development targets. Validation of results with required testing activities. Management motivation and further development of employees, optimization of costs structure, minimization of personal fluctuation. Job description - main tasks Description Main Task % Strategy . Definition of the Dept. strategy in relation to the company strategy . Contribution to the definition of the strategy of the dept. and the center as well . Establishment of topics with self-responsibility in the field of simulation and local requirements. . Synchronizing the strategy with partners and concerned groups in Daimler AG 20 Projects and Quality . Acquiring projects in line with the strategy and in line with financial framework. . Ensure the quality and timeline (milestone) in projects . In agreement with the Mercedes-Development-System (MDS) and Digital Prototype process (DPT) . Optimize the use of available resources to achieve optimal cost and offer best hourly rates to rest of DAIMLER. - Ensure the quality management system with team. - Ensure support for conducting intern audits and supporting projects 40 Personnel . Ensure the knowhow level in team required for successful completion of projects. . Motivation of team members . Conduct recruitment to cover needs - Manage and control personnel fluctuation 20 Network . Ensure that the team and team activities are completely integrated in the processes and the communication flow with RD. . Establish and maintain network and contact to required lead position . Establish and maintain network with local knowledge-network in India (Universities, Education bodies, etc.) 10 Lead and Compliance .
