Overview:

Senior PM
Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Strategy

+ Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
+ Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets.
+ Identify project risks and create mitigation strategies.

Team Leadership and Management

+ Lead, mentor, and manage project teams, including junior project managers and other team members.
+ Allocate resources effectively and ensure team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
+ Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

Stakeholder Communication and Management

+ Act as the primary point of contact between the project team and stakeholders.
+ Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
+ Manage stakeholder expectations and negotiate project scope changes if necessary.

Execution and Monitoring

+ Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to plans and quality standards.
+ Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and manage changes.
+ Resolve issues and roadblocks that may impact project delivery.

Budget and Resource Management

+ Manage project budget, ensuring costs are controlled and within approved limits.
+ Optimize the use of resources to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Risk Management

+ Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans.
+ Continuously monitor risks and implement mitigation actions promptly.

Quality Assurance

+ Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with business objectives.
+ Implement best practices and continuous improvement processes.

Reporting and Documentation

+ Prepare and present detailed project reports and documentation.
+ Maintain comprehensive project records for historical reference and audits.

Stakeholder and Vendor Coordination

+ Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and third parties as needed.
+ Ensure contracts and agreements are managed properly.

Strategic Contribution

+ Contribute to organizational project management processes and methodologies.
+ Support senior leadership in strategic planning and decision-making.


Requirements:

Exposure to Data Engineering, Cloud Migration and Agile. Delivery exposure to AI projects
