• Leading and managing large, complex organization-level projects that span multiple business divisions.

• Consulting to establish effective people, processes, and tools, ensuring optimal project execution.

• Coaching team members to optimize efficiency and effectiveness, blending traditional project management principles with agile development approaches.

• Balancing agility and predictability to deliver mission-critical infrastructure initiatives with excellence.

• Your focus will be on driving operational excellence, fostering collaboration across teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of critical infrastructure projects.

• Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for the Infrastructure CoE, aligning with overall business goals.

• Lead and manage the execution of complex infrastructure programs, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

• Oversee individual team goals and ensure alignment with the CoE\'s overall objectives.

• Manage and prioritise project backlogs, mitigating risks and dependencies.

• Foster a collaborative environment within the CoE, promoting knowledge sharing and cross-functional teamwork.

• Effectively manage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, technical teams, and external partners.

• Develop and implement program management methodologies to optimise efficiency and effectiveness.

• Identify and implement best practices for infrastructure operations and management.

• Track key metrics and KPIs to measure the success of infrastructure initiatives.

• Stay current on industry trends and innovations in infrastructure technologies, including cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).

Requirements:

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably within infrastructure or cloud computing.

• Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using appropriate project management tools such as JIRA & Confluence is must

• Solid understanding of SDLC models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile / kanban and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment

• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex infrastructure programs.

• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and infrastructure technologies.

• Strong project management skills, including experience with Agile methodologies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience leading and motivating high-performing technical teams.
