Responsibilities
Program Leadership and Delivery

• Lead and monitor complex, cross-functional programs.
• Coordinate projects across teams and stakeholders.
• Apply structured change, risk, and resource management.
• Drive risk mitigation and communicate impacts clearly.

People Management

• Lead and develop Program Associates and Managers.
• Set and uphold high execution standards.

Executive Influence and Alignment

• Manage senior stakeholders and drive accountability.
• Provide recommendations supported by impact analysis and sound judgement.
• Influence decisions and alignment without formal authority.

Program Framework and Vision

• Evolve the program management framework with cross-functional partners.
• Shape the medium- to long-term vision for planning and risk management.
