Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Kodo AI/ML Career Fast-Track Program, ensuring smooth execution of training and internship schedules. Coordinate across trainers, interns, sales, marketing, and shared resources to align on program goals and timelines. Manage scheduling for training sessions, workshops, assessments, and client projects. Monitor participant progress, collect feedback, and handle escalations. Assist in resource allocation, including hiring and onboarding of new trainees and interns. Liaise with HR, finance, sales, and leadership teams for reporting and program improvements. Ensure adherence to quality standards and continuously improve program delivery.

Requirements

Minimum 6 years of experience in program management, project coordination, or training coordination. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Experience with project management tools and MS Office or Zoho Workplace software suites. Prior experience working with educational or corporate training programs is preferred. Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
