Role: Senior Program Coordinator, Mumbai
Experience: 3+ years
Salary: Upto 8.4 LPA
About the role:
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our mentoring program on a daily basis. This role involves building the capacity of youth (ages 14-18) and providing guidance and support to our volunteer mentors to ensure a successful mentoring experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Coordination: Manage daily coordination between mentors, mentees, parents, and NGO partners to ensure mentoring sessions run smoothly.
Mentee Development: Guide Grade 11 mentees in planning and executing social development projects.
Strategy & Capacity Building: Develop and implement intervention strategies to enhance knowledge and capacity among mentors, mentees, and other stakeholders.
Monitoring & Evaluation: Ensure program objectives are met, monitor the effectiveness of mentoring, and maintain detailed records/databases for analysis. Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience: 3-8 years of experience in the social or corporate sector, specifically in areas such as education, training, program coordination, or skill development.
Education: Graduate or Post-graduate degree in Social Work (BSW/MSW), Management Studies, Social Entrepreneurship, or a related field with relevant experience.
Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory, along with a working knowledge of Hindi or Marathi.

• Core Competencies:

• Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills (oral and written).

• Expertise in managing community development projects and conducting soft skills workshops for youth and adults.

• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and work independently.

• A passion for working with teenagers and a natural flair for building relationships.
