Employment Type - Consultant role


As a Professional Services Solutions Architect Consultant, your goal is to enable our customers to successfully adopt the Tufin Orchestration Suite and SecureCloud. Delivering onsite and remote software/hardware and consultative, professional services, you will be providing our customers with technical expertise for solution implementations - including customer discovery sessions, solution design, software installation and configuration, functional and integration testing, technical documentation, and knowledge transfer.


You will work with our account teams and customers to implement solutions that enable them to realize the value of the Tufin Orchestration Suite. You will mentor and support the project team in developing and presenting high-quality deliverables. Responsibilities:

Deploy Tufin Orchestration Suite at customers and manage the complete deployment life cycle - planning through completion Scope, design, and deploy customizations and integrations using Python, REST APIs, Graph QL, Postgres/SQL Lead value-added services, such as process automation, best practices, integration activities, etc. Provide routine adoption-based tasks, such as health checks and abbreviated training Function as a technical resource for best practices, customer (high-level) training, and how-to questions Function as a technical lead and mentor to junior PS staff in a variety of projects, tasks, and initiatives Perform hybrid development for customer PS solutions Participate in post-sales customer meetings, presentations, requirements gathering, and solution review Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Customer Success, Support, Engineering, and Sales teams, in order to identify opportunities that impact satisfaction


Requirements:


10+ years experience in networking and security systems 3+ years of professional services experience in network solution design and implementation is preferred Experience with customer-facing activities (pre/post-sale), as well as security and network consulting Hands-on system administration skills and experience with Linux Experience with Python, REST APIs, Graph QL, Postgres/SQL Kubernetes, and Docker Troubleshooting Linus K8s Docker of Log files Able to work independently with a group in a fast-paced environment Proven technical networking skills, including TCP/IP routing, firewall, public & private cloud technologies Essential scripting/programming experience. Experience with shell (bash) and/or Python requires. Experience with (a) industry-standard enterprise networking devices (Switches, Routers, etc.), including virtual routing and software-defined networking, OR (b) firewall administration/configuration (Check Point, Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, Juniper, etc.). Experience with both networking and firewall administration preferred Strong presentation & negotiation skills Excellent communication, critical thinking & analytical skills Ability & willingness to travel (up to 40%) B.Tech in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline with IT focus deg Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP), Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Juniper Networks Certified Professional (JNCIS), Juniper Networks Certified Expert (JNCIP) certification(s) preferred*
