The Senior Professional, Insurance Advisory job partners to design and implement insurance programs and leads the analysis of complex insurance program data to identify trends, assess risk exposures, and make data driven recommendations for program improvements. With minimal supervision, this job finds opportunities for cost savings, risk mitigation, and improved coverage. This job also maintains accurate documentation and reporting of relevant insurance program transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing valuable insights for decision making.
Key Accountabilities
DESIGN & IMPLEMENTATION: Partners to design and implement insurance programs, cooperating with internal team members and insurance partners to ensure programs align with the company's risk management objectives and provide adequate coverage.
DATA ANALYSIS: Leads the review and analysis of complex data for the programs in the organization's captive company including property, casualty, marine and employee benefits to gain insights and make informed decisions regarding risk management, insurance coverage, and program performance.
PROGRAM PLACEMENT: Partners with different collaborators to administer moderate to high complex insurance programs to protect the organization against risks, align with legal and regulatory requirements, and handle claims optimally.
FINANCIAL COMPLIANCE: Works closely with internal and external partners to ensure transactions are properly reflected in the company's financial documents.
RISK MITIGATION: Researches and analyzes industry trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes that may impact insurance programs, and provides recommendations for adjustments or improvements to ensure program effectiveness and alignment with evolving needs.
Qualifications
Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.
