Job Description

WSP is seeking a Proposals Lead to drive bid and proposal strategy across strategic opportunities. This role involves leading the development of high-quality submissions, overseeing tender processes, and ensuring alignment with client requirements and company objectives. The Proposals Lead will provide strategic guidance, manage complex bids, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver compelling, competitive proposals that support business growth.



Leading the positioning, planning, development, and submission of large scale and complex strategic pursuits Provide visionary leadership to a team of Proposal Managers and Coordinators, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement. Mentor and coach team members to elevate proposal quality and strategic thinking. Define and implement clear, competitive win strategies, leveraging market intelligence, client insights, and differentiators Serve as the gatekeeper for proposals governance and processes Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams. Champion continuous improvement by introducing best practices, tools, and technologies that enhance proposal efficiency and impact. Contribute to shaping the organization's overall bidding strategy.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field Proven experience in leading high-value, multidisciplinary engineering, consultancy, and advisory proposals in a similar industry. Strong commercial acumen with a good understanding of pricing strategies Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. Detailed knowledge of, and experience in, the market and industry trends in the Middle East region. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
