Role Overview

We are looking for a

Production Supervisor

to oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations across

Foundry, Rubber, and Machine Shop units

. The role involves ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production processes while meeting delivery schedules and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage production activities in casting, machining, rubber, or assembly units. Plan and execute daily production schedules to achieve output and delivery targets. Ensure strict adherence to

quality standards and customer specifications

. Monitor machine utilization, minimize downtime, and coordinate preventive maintenance. Drive

lean manufacturing practices, 5S, and Kaizen initiatives

to improve efficiency. Train, guide, and motivate shop-floor teams to achieve performance goals. Ensure compliance with

safety, health, and environmental regulations

. Maintain production records, prepare reports, and escalate issues promptly. Work closely with

Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance

teams for smooth plant operations.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Metallurgy / Industrial Engineering. 4-8 years of experience in

manufacturing, foundry, machining, or rubber operations

. Knowledge of

casting, machining, rubber moulding, or coupling assembly processes

. Familiarity with

ISO standards, Lean, and TPM practices

. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Hands-on experience with

ERP/MRP systems

will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
