Job Description

We are Looking for highly experinced Production Manager who will be Leading 4000 tons per month

Biscuits production

with 4 to 5 varieties and 35 SKUs. Manager of Production, Quality and Maintenance Managing overall PQCDSM for biscuits unit. Production Manager Should Have worked with leading Brands like (

ITC, Britani, Cremica, Parle) etc.

Key responsibilities:

Budget preparation, Operations cost optimization, Inventory management, People Hiring, Supply chain maintaining for service locations, MIS reporting

Production:

variety and SKU wise changeover planning according to weekly plan and dispatch requirement and execution in shop floor for 2 Bulk lines and one module line having 2500T /month capacity.

Production planning & analysis of Warehouse Inventory Levels.

Meet the defined expectations for Safety, Quality, Efficiency, Productivity and Cost.

Thorough reporting & communication of each section and progress to HO team

Direct reporting of 16 JTSs and indirect reporting of 130 operators

Execute projects for technical trouble-shooting and problem solving.

Outsourcing packing operations handling with vendor.

Process Verification and capabilities:

Daily process parameters verification

RCA for deviation and action plan preparation and implementation for non occurrence.

Weekly process capability analysis and action plan

PQRS defect trend verification and action plan, Monthly PQRS meet with all operators with action plan and timeline fixation & progress review

TPM Drive:

Knowledge sharing of TPM within ME, JTA and operators and its necessity.

TPM training on different pillars to whole team.

Area wise JTA allotment for drive.

Team preparation and leading with 1 JTA vs 3 OR in Manufacturing & 3 teams with 1 JTA vs 3 OR in packing section

Focus on AM, KK and QM

Quality Circle:

Team formation and leading in Chocofill and foreign matter elimination.

FMEA and Complaint trend analysis and project fixation.

Appeared in Quality circle competition.

Salary Upto 26 LPA to 36 LPA
