Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled

Senior Production Executive

with 4-5 years of hands-on experience in gold/diamond jewellery manufacturing. The candidate must be capable of managing karigars, overseeing day-to-day production, ensuring quality control, and handling gold/stone calculations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily production and job allocation to karigars. Supervise all stages: casting, filing, setting, polishing, and finishing. Ensure timely delivery and maintain quality standards. Control wastage and manage gold/stone issuance and recovery. Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for smooth workflow. Maintain production records and assist in job costing.

Requirements:

4-5 years of experience in jewellery production. Good knowledge of gold/diamond processes and karigar handling. Good understanding of costing and material tracking. Strong coordination and problem-solving skills. Hindi communication required; basic English preferred.
