We are looking for a results-oriented engineer to drive efficiency and quality in our manufacturing process.
Key Requirements
Experience:
A minimum of
5+ years
of hands-on experience in a
high-volume production line
environment, preferably within
machinery manufacturing
or a related heavy industry. Candidates with 8-10+ years of experience are highly encouraged to apply.
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in
Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE)
or a related field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation).
Technical Expertise:
Excellent knowledge of Electronics and Control Systems
used in industrial machinery.
Significant practical experience in
machinery production, assembly, and testing
.
Proven track record in
process optimization and quality control
(e.g., lean manufacturing, 5S).
Location:
Candidates must be
currently based in or willing to relocate to the Coimbatore area.
Soft Skills:
Strong
leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
are essential.
Salary
Salary is
negotiable
and will be commensurate with your experience and expertise.
