Plan, manage, and oversee daily production activities Ensure smooth manufacturing operations and timely delivery Optimize production processes for efficiency and quality Coordinate with design, quality, and maintenance teams Monitor machine performance, output, and safety standards Implement continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
Qualification:

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
Experience & Skills:

Proven experience in production/manufacturing engineering Strong knowledge of machines, production planning, and workflows Leadership skills to manage teams and meet production targets Problem-solving mindset with attention to quality and safety
