Job Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities Ensure production targets are achieved with optimum utilization of manpower and machines Monitor production processes to maintain quality, safety, and efficiency Implement process improvements to reduce rejection, rework, and downtime Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions, and safety norms Maintain production reports, MIS, and shift records Support new product trials, process validation, and line balancing Train and guide junior engineers and shop-floor staff

Key Skills & Requirements:

Strong knowledge of production planning and control (PPC) Experience in manufacturing processes and shop-floor management Ability to read and understand engineering drawings Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen practices Good leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills Proficiency in MS Excel and production reporting
