Job Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day production activities for plastic injection moulding operations Ensure achievement of production targets with required quality and efficiency Monitor machine utilization, cycle time, rejection levels, and overall process performance Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and planning teams to resolve production-related issues Drive continuous process improvements to reduce downtime, scrap, and rework Ensure adherence to safety norms, quality systems, and 5S practices Support new mould trials, process validation, and implementation of SOPs Prepare and maintain production MIS and performance reports

Key Requirements

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Plastic, or Production Engineering 5-7 years of experience in plastic injection moulding manufacturing Strong knowledge of injection moulding machines, moulds, and process parameters Experience in shift handling and manpower management Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
