Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the day-to-day production of Ayurvedic medicines in line with GMP and company standards. Ensure strict adherence to Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Oversee the preparation, processing, and packaging of Ayurvedic formulations such as syrups, powders, tablets, and oils. Coordinate with Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and R&D departments for process compliance and improvement. Monitor production timelines, yield, and efficiency. Lead and train the production team; handle shift planning and manpower allocation. Identify and resolve any production-related issues swiftly and effectively.

Candidate Requirements:

M.Pharm (Ayurveda) from a recognized institution. 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Ayurvedic pharmaceutical manufacturing. Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic formulations and GMP regulations. Proven leadership and team-handling skills. Attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance. Experience in handling Ayurvedic manufacturing equipment and processes.
