The MosaiQ team manages a centralized investment platform that delivers quantitative and investment-centric data, APIs, and full-service applications used by multiple investment teams within Franklin Templeton. Producing scaled, cost-effective, and industry-leading solutions for investment management and advisory teams is critical to the core value Franklin Templeton offers its clients. Core Responsibilities:

You will define product requirements and write detailed user stories
You will manage backlog and prioritize features based on business value You will collaborate with engineering to ensure timely and quality delivery You will oversee release planning and coordinate deployment activities You will maintain technical documentation, specifications, and SOPs You will monitor platform performance and address stability issues proactively You will ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards
Strategic Responsibilities:You will align product roadmap with business objectives and market trends You will make prioritization decisions that maximize client and stakeholder value You will identify opportunities to leverage AI and cloud technologies for innovation You will drive adoption of best practices in architecture and development You will evaluate emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage You will influence investment platform strategy through data-driven insights You will champion scalability and cost efficiency in all product initiatives
Teams & Collaboration:You will work closely with developers, architects, and QA teams daily You will partner with business stakeholders to understand evolving requirements You will collaborate across investment teams to deliver integrated solutions You will coordinate with project managers for timelines and resource planning You will engage with data teams to ensure accurate and timely data delivery You will foster strong relationships with advisory and investment management groups You will lead cross-functional discussions to resolve technical and business challenges
*What Will Help You Be Successful?

Experience, Education & Certifications:

10+ years' experience in product management
A degree in computer science, engineering, or business-related studies Previous experience in product leadership or senior analyst role is required Financial services and investment management experience in a previous role is preferred
Technical Skills:Proficient with basic Office tools and reporting Familiarity with AWS and cloud technologies, Scrum/AGILE SDM, experience leveraging large language models (LLMs), APIs, SQL Extensive experience authoring technical documentation, user stories, technical specs, SOPs, and similar capital Understanding of and experience with release management
Soft Skills:Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Able to think on your feet and prioritize team priorities in a dynamic environment Understand and simplify business and technical subject matter; bridge technical and product teams Lead by example and champion best practices in a collegial way Professionalism and personal accountability balanced with humor and sensibility Ability to recognize and react to skills gaps; willingness to adapt and learn
