What you'll do

We are looking for a highly motivated Product Manager with domain expertise in Field Service Management and experience in Asset-Intensive industries such as Industrial Machinery & Components (IM&C) and Utilities. This role demands a strategic thinker who can define product direction, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive product initiatives from concept through delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.

Product Strategy & Roadmap:

D+ efine and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with customer and market needs. P+ rioritize product features using data-driven analysis, customer feedback, and market insights.
C+ ollaborate with engineering, design, and architecture teams to deliver scalable and high-quality features.
C

ustomer Engagement & Adoption:

A+ ctively engage with customers and partners to understand business pain points and opportunities. D+ rive feature adoption through enablement materials, rollout strategies, and feedback loops.
S+ upport customer workshops, product demonstrations, and onboarding sessions.
F

eature Lifecycle Management:

T+ ranslate market and user needs into clear, detailed requirements and user stories. M+ anage the entire product lifecycle from concept to release and continuous iteration.
C+ ollaborate with UX, QA, and developers during the build phase and validate outcomes post-release.
D

omain Leadership:

A+ ct as the subject matter expert for Field Service processes, especially in IM&C and Utilities sectors. I+ nfluence product design by integrating best practices from EAM, SAP Plant Maintenance, and external workforce management.



W

hat you bring

Domain Expertise:

Good to have experience in Field Service Management solutions and workflows. Knowledge of asset-intensive industry processes (e.g., preventive maintenance, outage planning, field dispatch). Functional familiarity with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).

ndustry Knowledge:

Deep understanding of I

ndustrial Machinery & Components (IM&C),

tilities,

or similar sectors. Awareness of regulatory, operational, and logistical challenges faced by asset-heavy organizations.
T

echnical & Functional Competencies:

Exposure to external workforce and contractor management use cases. Working knowledge of map service providers (e.g., Google Maps, HERE, Esri) and geospatial integration in service solutions. Ability to work closely with architects and developers on API, integration, and extensibility aspects.
P

roduct Management Skills:

Strong capability in driving product features from concept to delivery. Experience in managing product backlogs, writing user stories, and using tools like JIRA or Aha! Ability to analyze market trends and benchmark against competitive offerings. Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
