ABOUT YOU:





The

Senior Product Owner

is a key player within our agile development process, responsible for driving day-to-day execution of the product roadmap. You will collaborate closely with the Product Director to co-develop strategy and guide products throughout their full lifecycle. Leveraging your deep product ownership experience, you will shape product vision, partner with stakeholders, and lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality, high-value solutions for our customers.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:




Deliver on the product vision:


+ Co-own and execute product roadmap with the Product Director.
+ Partner with stakeholders across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
+ Monitor recurring issues or patterns and translate them into backlog items for long-term product improvement.
+ Participate in root-cause analysis efforts and advocate for system stability, scalability, and reliability within roadmap planning.
+ Ensure that fixes and improvements are validated, communicated, and released smoothly.
+ Partner with Customer Support leadership to streamline workflows and improve resolution time.

Inspire and drive the squad to deliver great products:


+ Decompose product roadmap items into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
+ Ensure tickets are given appropriate priority and treated in a timely manner.

Ensure products are ready for go:


+ Document all new features to educate internal and external stakeholders.
+ Collaborate with the production team to understand where improvements are needed to improve the implementation process.

Be customer-centric and operate with a continuous improvement mindset:


+ Conduct usability studies with end-users on existing product and prototypes to refine design and identify areas for improvement.
+ Monitor post-launch product performance to evaluate areas for future investment.

QUALIFICATIONS:




Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of Product Owner experience managing B2B SaaS products. Proficiency with development tracking tools such as Jira. Experience working within Agile or Lean software development methodologies. Demonstrated success launching software products in partnership with engineering teams. Experience collaborating with designers, engineers, DevOps/CloudOps and Scrum Masters in an Agile Scrum environment.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:




Proven ability to define, communicate, and execute an end-to-end product vision. Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage backlogs effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate complex technical concepts for varied audiences. Sound decision-making with the ability to assess business impact, risks, and opportunities. Technical background is a big plus. Experience in market research, customer development, and go-to-market strategy. Comfortable presenting to large groups of stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
