About the role
As the Senior Product Manager you will join the Maersk Integrated Solution Product team, reporting to the Head of Product. In this role you will be responsible for designing and executing the strategy to enhance existing customer journeys and enable newer ones that make integration a differentiated offering to customers thereby improving customer satisfaction.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with strong customer orientation and who has experience dealing with post sales and onboarding challenges faced by customers.

Responsibilities
Build the vision for the integration lifecycle journey for customers post integrations onboarding to make it a best in class customer experience
Design and build solutions to solve for customer pain post integration set up including overview of all integrations, access management and governance of data, troubleshooting when something goes wrong, performance and managing and maintaining integrations (versioning, deprecation, migration etc.)
Use AI to help with customer queries while driving scalability and reducing operational burden on support and delivery teams.
Work with engineering, design and frontline team for quick iterations and prototypes to get early feedback from target customer segment and check technical feasibility.
Run pilots and A/B tests to bring learnings that shape the product offering and validate hypothesis.
Identify relevant KPIs at different stages of the product lifecycle.
Ensure API products can integrate into customer systems TMS, WMS, ERP (infonexus, SAP)
What we are looking for
Experience: 5+ years in digital product management with 2 years in B2B APIs in technical product capacity.
Customer orientation: Problem solver with strong sense of empathy for customers and customer support staff.
Skilled at defining product vision, roadmaps and KPIs for support related products.
Data orientation: Combines qualitative and quantitative data through research and analysis of large data sets to derive actionable insights that feed into the strategy and approach.
Strong willingness to learn and go deep into the problem space
Product experience in customer support or logistics platform preferred.
