About the role
As the Senior Product Manager you will join the Maersk Integrated Solution Product team, reporting to the Head of Product. In this role you will be responsible for designing and executing the strategy to enhance customer journeys and enable newer ones that make integration a differentiated offering to customers thereby improving customer satisfaction.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with strong customer orientation and who has built and taken to market digital products ideally in both a start-up environment as well as a large corporation.

Responsibilities

• Make it extremely simple for customer to build integrations with Maersk. Build tools or mechanisms such that they can both discover and be guided to the appropriate solution which meet their needs.
• Identify unmet demand as well as new business opportunities to drive incremental value for customers using integrations
• Develop the value proposition and identify target customer segment for new integration offerings.
• Build deep understanding across Maersk customers to identify the right segment to target for new integration data offerings
• Work with engineering, design and frontline team for quick iterations and prototypes to get early feedback from target customer segment and check technical feasibility.
• Run pilots and A/B tests to bring learnings that shape the product offering and validate hypothesis.
• Identify relevant KPIs at different stages of the product lifecycle.
• Own and evaluate strategy for third party platforms
• Ensure API products can integrate into customer systems TMS, WMS, ERP (infonexus, SAP)
• Find proof points and recommend overall API strategy for monetisation and if existing options need to be changed.

What we are looking for

• Experience: 8+ years in digital product management with experience delivering end to end projects that are customer facing.
• Ownership mindset: Problem solver with strong sense of ownership and desire to drive end customer and business impact.
• Data orientation: Combines qualitative and quantitative data through research and analysis of large data sets to derive actionable insights that feed into the strategy and approach
• Product experience in start up and corporate is desirable.
• Ability to idenpendently develop and analyse experiments.
• Experience in taking GenAI features live to customers and vibe coding is highly desireable.
