About the Role



We are seeking a

Senior Product Marketing Manager

to own and drive the

go-to-market (GTM) strategy

for our B2C digital products. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, customer empathy, and a passion for building and marketing consumer-facing digital experiences.

You will be a critical partner to Product, Growth, and Brand teams--developing GTM plans, leading product and feature launches, and crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our users across the funnel. Your work will directly impact product adoption, retention, and revenue growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesGo-to-Market Leadership



Develop and execute end-to-end

GTM strategies

for new product launches, feature updates, and market expansions. Align cross-functional stakeholders--including Product, Engineering, Growth, Creative, and Customer Support--on GTM plans and deliverables. Create and maintain launch checklists, messaging frameworks, and launch calendars.

Product Positioning & Messaging



Craft compelling messaging and positioning for diverse user segments, informed by customer insights, competitive research, and market trends. Own and evolve value propositions to differentiate products in a competitive B2C market.

Customer & Market Insights



Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and competitor analyses to validate GTM assumptions and optimize product-market fit. Translate user needs and behavior into actionable marketing and product recommendations.

Cross-Functional Campaign Execution



Partner with performance marketing, CRM, and content teams to launch and optimize multi-channel campaigns across web, email, app, and social. Support lifecycle marketing initiatives to drive activation, engagement, and retention.

Performance Measurement



Define and track key GTM KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve future launches. Present results and learning to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Qualifications



4+ years of product marketing experience, specifically in

B2C digital products

(e.g., mobile apps, platforms, subscription services). Demonstrated success planning and executing

GTM strategies

with measurable business impact. Strong understanding of user journeys, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing in a digital environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex concepts. Skilled in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Braze). Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.

Nice to Have



Experience with rapid-growth consumer tech companies or startups. Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation, and conversion optimization. Background in industries such as fintech, healthtech, media, or edtech.
