About the Team
Price Automation and Optimization across all Lowe's stores at scale will require enhanced access to pricing data and insights to enable informed decision-making, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.
The team looks into Price optimization which is the strategic process of determining the best price for a product or service to maximize business objectives--such as revenue, profit, or market share--while aligning with customer demand and competitive dynamics.
I. Job Summary:
Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps that align with enterprise goals for price optimization, including measurable KPIs tied to pricing recommendations, elasticity, and forecasting effectiveness. Lead technical and business collaboration to build scalable solutions that integrate price recommendation models, competitive intelligence pricing, and margin optimization tools into the price performance dashboard. Oversee end-to-end product development--from discovery to delivery--of analytics and decision-support tools that enhance the precision, speed, and impact of pricing decisions. Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of product managers, data engineers and data analysts focused on pricing data architecture, analytics pipelines, and performance tracking of price recommendations.
II. Roles & Responsibilities:

Product Strategy: Actively drive and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the overall
business objectives.
Product Vision: Clearly understand and articulate the product vision and communicate it effectively to cross-
functional teams.
Product Roadmap: Create and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring a balanced focus on short-term and long-
term goals.
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements,
translating them into actionable product features and user stories.
Product Design: Define product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Product Development:
o Actively participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and
retrospectives.
o Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
o Prioritize product backlog items based on business value and technical feasibility.
o Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize product features and align with overall business
objectives.
o Experience translating data into quantifiable actions/deliverables
Product Launch: Plan and execute product launches, including go-to-market strategies and communication
plans.
Product Performance:
o Monitor product performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
o Use data analytics to measure product success and make data-driven decisions.
Customer Focus:
o Understand customer needs and pain points and translate them into product enhancements.
o Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions.
III. Years of Experience:
o 5 years of experience in two or more of the following: project management, product management, business analysis, program management, experimentation, or product marketing o 3 years of experience in product and/or experience management
IV. Education Qualification & Certifications (optional)
Required Minimum Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree) o Master's degree in business administration or similar advanced degree.

Primary Skills (must have)
Strong product management skills, including product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience with data analysis and data-driven decision-making.
Experience in leading the product single handedly
Experience working cross-functionally in a large organization with senior leadership
Experience translating data into quantifiable actions/deliverables.
Secondary Skills (desired)
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Understanding of Financial Systems
Experience in building products for Retail, eCommerce or FinTech domain
