Your Career Palo Alto Networks is building a world-class product management organization and continues to look for top-notch Product Managers to expand the team. As a Sr. Product Manager at Palo Alto Networks, you will play a key role in providing detailed technical information to our partners, customers, and our employees. In this role, you will work with cutting-edge technology, redefining the future of network security. The individual will help develop and run performance tests, manage betas for new products, consult with customers on complex deployments, develop and deliver technical training for Systems Engineers, and document technical concepts to educate our employees and customer base. You must also be a self-starter, keen to learn and experiment with new technologies, be able to work independently and as a team player, identify sales challenges and address solutions as needed. The job requires approximately 10 percent travel. Your Impact

• Understand customer problems and use cases intimately.
• Collaborate with UX, engineering and other members of the product team to deliver high-quality products that solve customer problems with a differentiated, automated and optimized approach.
• Own the lifecycle of managing devices and configuration through cloud management.
• Interact with customers, partners and sales engineering teams in different forums to gather feedback and evangelize the product.
• Collaborate with product marketing, technical marketing, sales engineering and technical support teams to train the field teams, gather feedback during betas and help with escalations

Qualifications
Your Experience

• BS/MS or equivalent experience required
• Strong desire to take ownership of your features in the product lifecycle
• 8-10 years of work experience with 5+ years in product management
• Must have product management experience in one or more areas: Network Security, Next Generation Firewalls, SASE
• Experience partnering effectively with engineering, QA and support
• Knowledge of firewalls, security gateways, secure web gateways. SASE, AIOps
• Knowledge of cloud lifecycle deployment and automation frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to drive complex features and integrations: experience in fast-paced environments with overlapping projects/deliverables
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong and proven (written and verbal) communication and presentation skills
