In this role, we are

seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager or Product Manager from pharmaceutical background.

You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of assigned brands, from financial planning and budgeting to product launches and market analysis. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the products reach the right patients and achieve optimal market share.

Financial Management: Manage and optimize budgets to maximize profitability for assigned brands. Track revenue and monitor campaign effectiveness within budget constraints. Develop data-driven strategies to increase market share. Operational

Excellence: Oversee all aspects of brand performance and growth. Create and communicate brand visuals and marketing materials. Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of the curve. Motivate and support the field sales team through training and communication. Ensure timely delivery of promotional materials. Continuously analyze brand performance and identify areas for improvement. New

Product Launch Expertise: Identify opportunities for new product launches or extensions in cardio-diabetes division based on market trends, doctor feedback, and field insights. Conduct market research to determine product viability and pricing strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (packaging, R&D) to bring new products to market. Develop launch plans, including sales projections, sampling strategies, and stock allocation.

Customer Focus: Act as the primary point of contact for product inquiries. Collaborate with colleagues across various departments (Medical Services, Regulatory) to address customer concerns. Develop and manage market research projects to understand customer needs and preferences. Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and industry stakeholders. Field Work & Relationship Building: Spend regular time in the field with sales representatives to gain market insights and doctor feedback. Develop relationships with KOLS and industry associations.

Team Leadership & Development: Coach and mentor the product marketing team, fostering their professional growth. Train the sales team on product features, benefits, and competitive landscape. Empower your team to achieve success and contribute to overall company growth.

Required Qualification and Skills:



Bachelor's or Master's degree in any specialization.

3+ years of experience in product management in any therapy division (medicine portfolio).

Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and market dynamics. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Budget management and financial acumen. Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. The interested professional with relevant experience should be comfortable commuting in or relocating to Mumbai.
