Jupiter was founded in 2019 by Jitendra Gupta. Best known as Citrus Pay's founder, Jiten found himself wondering why personal finance experiences were not customer-centric when everything else like food ordering and entertainment were. That's how our journey began in 2019, with a simple, powerful idea : to create a modern, customer-centric experience that empowers individuals when it comes to their money.



From our humble beginnings, we've strived relentlessly to make managing money easier. In 2021 when we launched we had a waitlist with over 100,000 people eager to experience the world of Jupiter - and within 10 months we crossed 1 million users. Today, we have 2.8 million + happy users on Jupiter.



Our Insights feature today tells how much and where you've been spending automatically, even on your other savings accounts! Our Edge CSB Bank RuPay credit card is getting a lot of love for it's head-turning transparent design, not to mention it being a rewarding experience. Our No-Penalty SIP and Daily SIP at Rs 10/- has helped scale our investments business and we have over 100,000 users investing on our platform to fulfill their money aspirations.

Who we're looking for :




We are looking for Someone who can own and optimize the end-to-end onboarding experience for Jupiter app and products such as credit cards, loans and banking. Drive funnel improvement, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage internal and external stakeholders and partners. Prior fintech experience is preferred.

Roles and responsibilities:





Lead the roadmap, design, and execution of seamless onboarding journeys for both the app and specific products, ensuring high conversion and customer satisfaction Analyze and optimize onboarding funnels, identify drop-off points, and implement data-driven improvements to maximize activation and retention Collaborate closely with engineering, design, analytics, compliance, marketing, and operations teams to deliver frictionless onboarding experiences Manage integrations with KYC vendors and other third-party partners, ensuring secure and compliant onboarding process Own and enhance onboarding-related product features and messaging, keeping user experience, regulatory, and business objectives in balance Engage and align with internal stakeholders (tech, risk, growth, operations) and external partners (vendors, agencies, partners) to drive initiatives and resolve bottlenecks Monitor onboarding metrics, report performance, and communicate progress, risks, and opportunities to leadership and key stakeholders Stay updated on fintech trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in digital onboarding and customer experience Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain high standards of data privacy and security throughout the onboarding process

What is needed for this role:





5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, digital onboarding, credit card, lending or banking domains Proven track record of improving customer journeys, funnel metrics, and product adoption Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across internal and external teams Analytical mindset, comfortable with data, KPIs, and experimentation to drive decisions Understanding of KYC, regulatory, and compliance requirements in fintech Experience with app-based onboarding and credit card/lending/banking products Familiarity with customer segmentation, and personalization. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional, and partner-driven environment Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, or related field; MBA or relevant fintech certifications are a plus
