Job Summary:

Mitocon Biomed is seeking a Senior/Group Product Manager to lead and drive the strategic direction, lifecycle management, and commercial success of our aesthetics portfolio.

The role will be responsible for developing winning product strategies, managing cross-functional teams, and strengthening Mitocon Biomed's position as a leader in the aesthetic and dermatology market.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management for assigned aesthetics products, from concept to commercializationDevelop and execute product strategy, positioning, and go-to-market plans aligned with business objectives.

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify growth opportunitiesWork closely with Sales, Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful launches and sustained growth.

Drive portfolio planning, pricing strategies, forecasting, and P&L ownership.

Design and oversee marketing campaigns, brand plans, promotional tools, and scientific content.

Support the sales team through training programs, KOL engagement, and field effectiveness initiatives.

Monitor product performance and recommend line extensions, upgrades, or phase-outs.

Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards.

Mentor and guide Product Managers and Assistant Product Managers.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field (MBA in Marketing preferred).

5+ years of experience in Product Management within Aesthetics, Dermatology, Medical Devices, or Pharmaceuticals.

Proven experience managing multiple brands or product portfolios.

Strong understanding of injectables, devices, cosmeceuticals, or derma products (preferred).

Demonstrated success in new product launches and portfolio growth.

Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.

Strong strategic marketing and brand management capabilities.

Ability to interpret market data and translate insights into action.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Leadership experience with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

High level of ownership, agility, and business acumen.
